Announcement: CFO Appointed

iXs Co., Ltd. (Co-CEOs: Fuminori Yamasaki and Takashi Karino; “iXs”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Hiroki Nakayama has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective May 1, 2019.
We make every effort to promote inspection robots and acquired data analysis services in the area of maintenance for social and industrial infrastructures, where many urgent social issues need to be addressed. With the addition of Mr. Nakayama as CFO, who has a high degree of expertise and extensive experience in accounting and taxation, we will further strengthen our management and administrative structure and raise our corporate value.
